Mode!
In the Dream Depot, you'll notice a star with a pink bow. If you go in her mode,
you'll be in the Bonus
Mode.
You can play with 1, 2, 3, or 4 players in this
mode.
You cannot be Toad, Boo, or Koopa Kid in some games because this mode is new to
the Mario Party. This mode
includes:
Beach Volley Ball: is a game where you play volley ball. In this game, you can
choose from several different balls, including the bomb ball or the normal ball.
You can also choose the amount of points you need to win. You can be Mario, Luigi,
Peach, Yoshi, Wario, Daisy, Waluigi, Boo, Toad, Koopa Kid in Beach Volley Ball. To
get a point, you must get the ball over the
net.
Card Party: is a game where you flip cards over, trying to get the most stars. You
can choose from a short, standard, long, and longest game. You can be Mario, Luigi,
Peach, Yoshi, Wario, Daisy, and Waluigi. You can choose to use various items
collected in Card Party. Also, Boos can appear and take your star, or give you a
star. Watch out for the Bowser Card! The Bowser Card is a hidden path card. When
you turn it over, Bowser or Bowser Jr. will appear and wreak havoc! You can
sometimes be taken back to start, or switch places with an
opponent!
Ice Hockey: is a game where you play ice hockey with your favorite Mario Party 5
character! It's just like real ice hockey, because you have to get the most goals
to win! You can set the amount of goals needed to win, too. You can be Mario,
Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Wario, Daisy, Waluigi, Toad, Boo, and Koopa Kid in ice
hockey.
