You'll Find A Rock In A Garden Where You Fought Chaos. Go To The Building You Get Into
After Getting Light Shoes With Sonic In The Sewers. Pick Up The Gold Egg, The Doors Will Lock!
Put The Rock In The Gold Egg's Place. Go To Station Square Chao Garden. :)

Silver:
Go To Mystic Ruins. Jump Down Into The Pond, Hit A Rocky Platform You Can't Really Jump On.
It Will Move In, And A Silver Egg Will Fall Into The Pond!

Black: In The Cage Beside The One E-102 Rescued Amy From.
