Medical Multiplayer Level		Collect 8 Host Collectables
Towel Girl & Bat Characters		Collect 10 Host Collectables
Helipad Multiplayer Level		Collect 12 Host Collectables
Chef & Rat Characters			Collect 14 Host Collectables
Raid Multiplayer Level			Collect 16 Host Collectables
Dead Garden Multiplayer Level		Collect 18 Host Collectables
Summit Multiplayer Level		Collect 20 Host Collectables
Volks & Roach Characters		Collect 22 Host Collectables
Complex Multiplayer Level		Collect 24 Host Collectables
Heaven Multiplayer Level		Collect 26 Host Collectables
Boss Multiplayer Level			Collect 28 Host Collectables
Anna & Imp Characters			Collect 30 Host Collectables
Catacombs Level			        Collect 32 Host Collectables

To get these, you have to find the Host Collectables in each level.  There are 4 
host collectables in each level.
