Let's start out from the beginning...

Roxanne
Type-Rock

Mudkip-This should be no problem for you as long as you have a water attack.
Torchic-This is a hard start. I would get a water or grass Pokemon on your team.
Treeco-This should be as easy as Mudkip as long as you have a grass move.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Brawly
Type-Fighting

Mudkip-(look down below)
Torchic-(more)
Treeco-(almost there)

For all of these Pokemon, I suggest you have at least one other Pokemon because 
Brawly's pokemon are pretty good.

Type-Electric

Mudkip-This is the hard part. Get some ground type pokemon and you should do fine.
Torchic-Good against steel type, but just fine against others.
Treeco-OK against these guys (electric isnt good against grass).

Type-Fire

Mudkip-This is a piece of cake with a couple strong water moves.
Torchic-You have met your match. Use the water Pokemon to snatch the advantage.
Treeco-This is where the story gets hard. Use a water Pokemon.

Type-Normal

Treeco-(Eh-hemmm. ALL THE WAY)

Norman's Pokemon should be quite easy for all of the pokemon (if you have a 
fighting Pokemon, you have the advantage).

Mudkip-You will do great if you have any ice moves.

Type-Psychic

Mudkip-OK, but watch out for solar beam!

Treeco-If you still have pursuit, use it. If not, use a dark Pokemon.

Mudkip-You met your match. Use a normal move like strength.
Torchic-Watch out! For this one, get a grass or electric type Pokemon.
Treeco-Finally, an easy Gym Leader. Just use Leaf Blade or something like Solarbeam.
