NOTE: I've added a Search Engine into all my FAQs now. To use this, if
there's something you wish to find instantly in my FAQ, in the above
table, on the left is the name of a section or sub-section. To the right
is a weird code, like GOK5.1. Basically, if you wish to go to the section
where I tell you about Goku under The Playable Characters Of The Story, on
your Keyboard, hold Ctrl and then hit F and a window will open. Type in
GOK5.1 and hit Find Next. It'll bring you to that section instantly. The
code to reach the Table Of Contents is just that: Table Of Contents. I
hope this makes browsing my FAQs easier for you. Enjoy!

Hello and welcome to Kain Stryder's Walkthrough for Dragon Ball Z: The
Legacy Of Goku II. Well, I'm back writing this guide, which is Dragon Ball
Z: The Legacy Of Goku's Sequel and I must say, a HUGE improvement over
that game. Strap yourself in, because this game is much longer than the
first and much, much more fun to play. Now, for the most part and as
usual, this guide is to be on GameFAQs and GameFAQs ONLY and no other
place. It's also not to be edited in any way, shape or form. Understand?
Great! Now, keep in mind that this guide is a reference to you playing
through the game and nothing more. Do not steal this and claim it as your
own, as it's not yours to do that and it's here to help you, so why would
you steal it? So please, just enjoy it, ok? Anyway, with that said, onto
the walkthrough! I hope it helps you while playing. Enjoy!
Update: This walkthrough is also now available at IGN and NeoSeeker.

= II. Current Updates . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ CURUP2 ]=
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
12/14/03 - I added the new layout to this walkthrough. How's it look?
8/31/03 - Updated the FAQ section, since I've gotten ENOUGH E-Mails
asking where the "Apartment B Card" is and I've just had enough. If you
MUST know, read the FAQ now or run a search for it using Ctrl + F. That
function works wonders. Also, I added a question about it's not possible
for Gohan to use the Super Saiyan Rage Mode after Cell. Sorry, guys, but
in my opinion, it's not needed. My Gohan as a Super Saiyan was stronger
than that, since he had over 100 in some areas. Heh heh...
8/6/03 - Fully completed The Walkthrough and now everything is fully
completed. I've made this the final version as well and I'll update it in
the future when necessary. Until then, enjoy my COMPLETE walkthrough to
Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy Of Goku II!
7/3/03 - Updated The Walkthrough again up to the final Battle with Cell.
Everything here is almost done, as all that's left is the final Battle
with Cell, seeing the ending, training Mr. Satan and seeing his ending and
that's it. Not a whole lot left to do and the next update will completely
finish this guide for everything possible. That'll happen in a few days,
so just hang tight until then!
6/30/03 - Updated The Walkthrough up to Piccolo going off to Battle
Android #17. That's pretty much it, but the Side Quests/Missions section
has also been worked on in conjunction with The Walkthrough. Nothing much
else and this walkthrough is almost completed, so just hang tight.
6/29/03 - Worked on The Walkthrough and Side Quests/Missions some more and
decided to remove the Experience Points gained from each enemy, since the
value seems to vary for some reason over time, which is weird. Also
updated the Technique Guide, but mostly the afore mentioned got the most
work and it now goes up to Gohan and Trunks investigating the Time Machine
in Outside Gingertown. More will come later in the next few days.
6/25/03 - Updated The Walkthrough up to everyone beginning their search
for Dr. Gero's Lab. Worked on other areas as well, such as the Technique
Guide, Side Quests/Missions, etc. More updates will follow this and very
soon, this walkthrough will be fully completed.
6/21/03 - Worked on The Walkthrough some more, added more to the FAQ,
(Frequently Asked Questions.) Technique Guide and many other areas. The
majority of the update was in the Side Quests/Mission section and the
guide currently goes up to Gohan and Piccolo ready to go meet the Androids
after training for three years. Expect even more to be added within a few
days.
6/19/03 - Completed The Walkthrough up to Gohan being in West City and
JUST gaining the Scouter from Bulma. Most of the update to this was done
in the Side Quests/Missions section, so read the new note before The
Walkthrough for more information on that. Also, various things have been
added to all areas of this walkthrough, so you'll notice more. Expect
updates again in the next few days.
6/18/03 - Wrote The Walkthrough up to Gohan to get his Saiyan Battle
Armor. I know, it's not TOO far, but I did alot more than just that, so
expect ALOT more VERY soon in the next few days, so I will continue with
more in the next update. Also, the Scouter Readings have been 80%
completed, as all that's left to do for that is to fill in the Experience
each enemy gives. Also, every other area has been started and is being
worked on and having as much data up to the point in the game that The
Walkthrough goes up to. Well, for now, enjoy what little I have.

= III. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions.) . . . . . . . . . . . . [ FAQ3 ] =
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Q. Where is the Apartment B Card? I can't find it and I need it for the
last Namekian!
A. Enough is enough. I know some people have probably gone insane looking
for this, even though it's common sense to where it is and is not hard to
find, but here it is, even though it's listed right here in the
walkthrough...just go to the Mayor's House. Check the Treasure Chest.
There you go. Happy? Also, to make sure this is FULLY answered, the
Mayor's House is the house in town with that gate in front of it, that's
blocked off for half the game. After you go through part of the game, it
opens up and you can go inside. Now, PLEASE stop with these E-Mails. God,
some of you scare me with your intelligence, really...
Q. How do you get into Apartment C?
A. You can't. Simple. Period.
Q. Can Gohan use the Super Saiyan Rage Mode after Cell's dead?
A. No.
Q. I can't find the seven Namekians! Where are they?! I need help!
A. Use my walkthrough, which you're in, first of all. I list a COMPLETE
and VERY detailed guide to finding them, so if you can't find them after
reading that, then you should seriously check yourself into a doctor for
brain damage.
Q. I'm missing (Insert random number of Golden Capsules.) and I can't find
them! Can you tell me where they are?
A. Sure. Use my walkthrough. Why else do you think this is here? I made a
complete and detailed area for that here. Just use it as a checklist to
help you find each one and please, PLEASE, don't E-Mail me asking more
questions about where the Golden Capsules are. If you can't find one and
you're using my walkthrough, then maybe you shouldn't be playing this
game...
Q: You spelled alot of names wrong in your guide! Who's Tenshinhan and
Mr. Satan?!
A: Simple. If you've never actually seen the true version of DBZ, then
you're really in the dark here. Those are the true names of "Tien" and
"Hercule". I choose what names to go by and if you have a problem, tough.
I choose not to go by the dub names, except for Frieza, because if I used
Furiiza, which is the name I normally use, (I perfer the literal Katakana
and Hiragana names, but I've been known to stray from this.) people would
really be lost. Also, here's a quick list of names I DO use, incase you
run across them:
Goku, Gohan, Kurirun, (Krillin.) Tenshinhan, (Tien.) Chaou Zu, (Chiaotzu.)
Vegeta, Mr. Satan, (Hercule.) Kaiou, (King Kai. Just a note, Kaiou
LITERALLY means King Kai, since "ou" means King. Thus, King Kai.) Furiiza,
(Frieza. Don't worry, I'll use Frieza throughout the walkthrough.) Cell,
(Though, I perfer Seru...) Hell, (Other World.) Hoi Poi Capsules, (Dyno
Caps.) etc. Too many to list, but that's a general idea. (Also look out
for attack names. Perferably Makankosappo, which is Special Beam Cannon to
you dubbies. I don't see how Makankosappo, meaning Demon Light Screw
became "Special Beam Cannon", but at least Masenko-Ha was left in, which
means Demon Magic Blast, so God knows what shit we chould've gotten with
that.)
Q: When's the new game coming out? Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy Of Goku III?!
A: I don't know and why would I? I'm a writer, not a sponser of Atari. Ask
them, not me.
Q: Whenever I go onto the World Map, I get this message that says "For
pleasure not pressure..."! What does this mean and what can I do to fix
it?! Help!
A: First off, I've never gotten this message before, but it has something
to do with playing the ROM. I do NOT know what's wrong, but this is easily
fixed by BUYING THE GAME AND ACTUALLY OWNING IT. So please, stop using
Emulation, pay the $30 or so for the game and you'll be better off. It's
the least you can do to repay the people who made the game you're
enjoying.
Q: I can't find the third Generator for Dr. Gero's Lab! Where is it?!
A: Ugh, ever heard of actually using the Map and exploring the area?
Honestly, just look around and actually try to play the game and you'll
find it. Not that hard and if you follow my walkthrough, you'll be fine.
Sorry if I sound like an ass, but TOO many people have asked this and it's
a no brainer to find. Atari makes the easiest no brainer puzzles ever and
everyone is stumped by them...
Q: Where's the best place to Level up?! I need to get my Levels maxed
fast!
A: The best place as far as I'm concerned is the Northern Mountains, after
breaking down Goku's Door and fighting all the Dinosaurs you see. There's
two areas filled with Triceratops enemies and I find just going back and
forth between these two screens is the best way to gain Levels, as each
Triceratops gives about 35,000 Experience. (If you don't know which
screens I mean, there's a Capsule Corporation Save Point nearby, which has
it's own area with nothing else in it but that.)
Q: Where can I get the ROM or a Emulator to play this game?
A: I won't tell you. ROMs are illegal and I won't give out information on
where to find them. Find it yourself, cause if you bother asking me,
you'll NEVER get a response and the E-Mail will go STRAIGHT to the trash.
Q: Can you help me out with (Insert random question about the game here.)?
A: What do you think this walkthrough is for? If you can't find something
or need help with something, READ this guide. If you bother E-Mailing me,
asking me how to beat some Boss or find some Item and it's stated RIGHT
here in the guide, then don't expect a response back because of your
laziness. If you do infact have a VERY good question about something, feel
free to send it my way.
Q: Can you give me some Visual Boy Advance codes for this game?
A: No. Again, Emulation is illegal and I don't supply codes for Game
Genie, Game Shark, etc. Sorry, but I don't do that. Look in another
walkthrough for them.
Q: I'm having trouble with the game! Can I send you my Save State and you
beat it for me?
A: No. Because 1. That's Emulation and I don't do that. 2. I'm not beating
a game for you. Why play a game, only to have someone else beat it for
you? Where's the fun in that? The information I give out on how to win in
this game is MORE than enough for you to get by. If you have any problems,
simply keep trying.
Q: I have some stuff for you to put in your walkthrough! Will you put it
in?
A: Great, but if it's just basic information, I either probably will add
it myself over time or it's already in this walkthrough. If you send me
something, please try to make it something that I wouldn't know about
previously or something that's a secret in this game. Just know that I
have beaten this game and know EVERYTHING about it pretty much, so take
that into consideration incase you think I don't know where the seven
Namekians are and want to help me out.

= IV. How To Play . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ HOTOP4 ]=
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- A. Controls And Menus . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ COAME4.1 ]-
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, here's the controls for the game and what each button does. Very
simple to understand and grasp, but let's take a look.
D-Pad - Used to move around. Simple, right? You can move in many
directions, so it's not hard to understand this one. Also, to run in this,
tap the direction you wish to run and then hold that Button down.
Select - Brings up the Map of the area you're in, but only once you get
the Scouter. Is also used to get out of Sleep Mode.
Start - Brings up the Menu. Also works when flying on the World Map.
B Button - Cancels an option and allows you to use a Ki Technique, but
only in a area where there is enemies. Press this over and over to perform
multi Ki Blasts while you're in a area fighting enemies. Also used to
cancel out of Super Saiyan/Namek Form.
A Button - Used to confirm an option, examine things, talk to people and
allows you to use your physical attacks. Press this over and over to
perform combos while you're in a area fighting enemies and hold it down
to perform a special physical attack, once you aquire it and then release
it to perform the move. Also used to fly when you find a Flight Circle.
L Button - Used to browse the Menu and Map options. Also used to switch
between your Ki Techniques while in the Playing Field. Is also used to get
out of Sleep Mode. Also, it can be used to move the Text Box on the screen
up.
R Button - Used to browse the Menu and Map options and it also brings up
the Map when you're in the Playing Field. Also works while you're flying
on the World Map. Is also used to get out of Sleep Mode. Also, it can be
used to move the Text Box on the screen down.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- B. Playing Field . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ PLAFI4.2 ] -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you're playing through the game, you'll notice various things on the
screen and around you. Here's what they are:
Red Bar - Measures your Hit Points in a bar style. As you get hit, this
will go down. If it totally disappears, you're dead. To replenish your Hit
Points, use a Healing Item or find some Food under Rocks or by defeating
enemies.
Green Bar - Measures your Energy Points in a bar style. As you use Ki,
this will go down. If it totally disappears, you can't use your Ki
anymore. This VERY, VERY slowly heals by itself over time, but to
replenish your Energy Points, use a Healing Item or find some Ki Orbs
under Rocks or by defeating enemies.
Blue Bar - Measures your Experience Points you've gained so far. Once this
bar fills up, you'll gain a Level. Once you do, it empties again for you
to refill again and again. Though, once you reach Level 50, it stays full
forever.
Yellow Box - To the left of your Red and Green Bars is a small box. If you
have a Saiyan character or Piccolo present and they have the Super
Saiyan/Namek ability, over time, this will fill up at a steady pace. Once
it's at full and the Z Icon is glowing, you can turn Super Saiyan/Namek,
but be warned, for the transformation to take place, the entire box needs
to empty. If your character is hit, they must wait for this to refill
before they can try again.
Ki Technique - To the right of your Red and Green Bars is a box with a
picture inside. This is what Ki Technique you're currently using. To
switch between them, use the L Button. If the box is faded out, it means
you don't have enough Ki to use this Ki Technique. Also, you can only
switch your Ki Techniques if you have more than one.
Garlic Jr.'s Jar - In the top right corner of the screen, if you ever
notice a Jar appear, that means the area is filled with enemies that are
effected by Garlic Jr.'s Black Water Mist. So, that means you'll be doing
some fighting around here. If that's not there, that means possibly
there's still enemies, just not wild animals around, so keep your guard
up, unless you're in a safe area where you can't perform attacks. Then
you're perfectly safe.
Rocks - Throughout the game, you'll find Rocks you can break. There's
small, medium and large Rocks. Small ones take one hit to break, medium
take two and large take three. Underneath them you may find Food or Ki
Orbs. Grab these to heal yourself.
Food - The most important thing to you in this game. When you beat enemies
or destroy rocks, you'll find either a Chicken Leg, a Plate Of Food or a
entire Chicken. Eating this gives you back Hit Points. The Chicken Leg
gives you a small amount back, the Plate Of Food gives you a medium amount
back and the Chicken gives you a large amount back. These can NOT be
gathered and saved to be used as Items in the Menu, so when you see them,
grab them.
Ki Orbs - The other most important thing to you in this game. When you
beat enemies or destroy rocks, you'll find various sized Ki Orbs. Grabing
these gives you back Energy Points. A small Ki Orb gives you a small
amount back, a medium Ki Orb gives you a medium amount back and a large Ki
Orb gives you a large amount back. These can NOT be gathered and saved to
be used as Items in the Menu, so when you see them, grab them.
Flight Circle - During the game, you'll come across a small area where
there's a Ki Aura on it. Stepping on this and hitting the A Button lets
you fly to a area you normally couldn't reach.
Numbers - Throughout the game, you'll notice various numbers on places
that you may or may not access at that time. For instance, if you see "15"
on a Door, that means you can NOT enter that place unless you are Level
15. The game pretty much forces you to train in this, which is good. Now,
there is a catch. Doors ONLY allow certain characters to cross. Each
number you see will be a certain color and each character is represented
by a color. So if you're playing as Gohan and you try to break down a
Level 15 Door that's for Vegeta, it won't happen and you'll have to come
back when you have Vegeta. Here's the color code for each person:
Gohan - Light Blue.
Piccolo - Green.
Vegeta - Blue.
Trunks - Purple.
Goku - Orange.
Mr. Satan - Red.
Now, you'll notice in the game a White Door. That means that it can't be
accessed at this time and to come back later. Don't worry, the plot will
tell you when to come back here and to not worry about it. So, no matter
how strong you are or who you have, if you aren't far enough in the game,
you can't access it.
Capsule Corporation Save Point - You'll find these everywhere throughout
the game. They are HUGE Capsule Corporation logos that are impossible to
miss. Simply stand on them and hit the A Button and your game will be
saved. Simply, huh?
World Map Sign - Another thing you'll find everywhere in this game. When
you see these, it allows you to enter the World Map and fly around to
other destinations. Simply examine them and you'll be on your way.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- C. World Map . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ WORMA4.3 ] -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Once you get access to the World Map, you'll notice it's alot like flying
around in a Final Fantasy game, only with a few minor differences. First
off, you can only go to areas that you've previously explored or have to
go to next. You can't enter ANY other area, sorry. The controls are pretty
simple, since all you can do is use the D-Pad to move around and the A
Button to enter a area. You can also look at the Menu, but that's it.
Other than that, a pretty simple World Map and a VERY accurate one at
that, as it VERY accurately shows the Dragon Ball World. Anyway, very
simple to fly around here and you'll have no problems once you get your
chance to fly around.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- D. Regional Map . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ REGMA4.4 ]-
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Throughout the game, once you get the Scouter, you'll be able to see the
area you're currently in, with a full scale Map at your disposal, to help
guide you through areas. Though, on the Map are certain Key things, but
what exactly are they? I'll explain:
Anything In Green - Areas to explore and travel around in.
Anything In Grey - Areas you haven't explored yet.
Light Green rectangles - Scattered around each Map, these represent area
changes. (Or, better known as when you enter a new screen.)
Blue Circle - These are Capsule Corporation Save Points.
Brown Sign - These are World Map Signs.
Yellow Circle - These are Flight Circles.
Red Blinking Light - This is your current location.
Rectangle Square - They vary in color, but these are doors that only
certain characters can open. Their color should help tell you which
characters can open them.
Dragon Balls - A Dragon Ball seen on the Map is the location to where that
Dragon Ball is.
And that about does it for what's on the Regional Map. Simple, eh?

= V. Menu . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ MEN5 ]=
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
When you hit the Start Button at anytime in the main game when you have
control, you bring up the Menu, where you'll see the following things:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- A. Status . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ STATU5.1 ]-
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shows you your character's current status and over all stats, attacks,
etc. Use the Left and Right Buttons to browse between your characters to
view their stats, but only if you have other characters with you
currently. Use the Up and Down Buttons to browse between a character's
attacks and to learn various information on them. As for the stats, it
shows you a numerical amount for your Hit Points and Energy Points, so as
you gain Levels, your Bars adjust to this and don't empty as fast as
normal. As for the other stats:
Strength - Determines how strong your physical attacks are.
Power - Determines how strong you Ki Techniques are.
Endurance - Determines how well you defend from attacks.
Level - Character's current Level. The maximum they can reach is Level 50.
Experience - Shows the total amount of Experience you have gained total
and how much you need to gain until you reach the next Level. The next
Level thing disappears after you reach Level 50.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- B. Journal . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ JOUR5.2 ]-
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
This little handy dandy notebook shows you your current missions and
things you must accomplish in order to either advance the story or handle
to get special items or events to take place. You use the Left and Right
Buttons to view your Unfinished Quests and your Finished Quests and use
the Up and Down Buttons to browse between your Side Quests/Missions. The
Unfinished Quests are labeled by their importance at the moment:
Gold Star - Most important thing to handle at the moment. Do it as soon as
possible.
Silver Star - Important thing to handle. Do it soon.
Bronze Star - Slightly important thing to handle. Do it when you can.
And as for the Finished Quests, they are labeled with a Check Mark.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- C. Options . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ OPT5.3 ] -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Options Menu is also found on the Start Screen when you load the game.
Though, you can also access this here. Here's the following stuff you can
find:
Text Speed - How fast people talk and how fast text appears. The slowest
is to the left and the fastest is to the right. Make your adjustments
accordingly.
Sound FX Volume - Controls how loud the Sound FXs are. The lowest is to
the left and the highest is to the right. Make your adjustments
accordingly.
Music Volume - Controls how loud the Music is. The lowest is to the left
and the highest is to the right. Make your adjustments accordingly.
Sleep - Puts your game in Sleep Mode. Think of it as putting a Button Lock
on your Cell Phone or something. It's used for a quick pause or to put in
your pocket for a few mintues. Whichever. If you've played Golden Sun
before, you'll be familiar with this option. To break out of Sleep Mode,
hold down the L, R and Select Buttons.
Credits - Just like in the first game, you can view the Credits for the
game's staff, etc. Yay. Boring. Ignore it.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- D. Items . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ ITE5.4 ] -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, throughout the game, you'll get various Items that not only help your
character in a way, but also help you get through Side Quests/Missions as
well. Use the Up and Down Buttons to browse through this area and use the
A Button to select and use a Item. If you can't use the Item, you can
select it. Simple. Use this area to use a Healing Item for whenever you
need it.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Note: The starting stats for each character is completely random. Though,
you probably won't get the stats you see here, you will get something
along these lines when you start, except for Mr. Satan, as I've seen his
stats vary so damn high, it's not even funny. I've seen his Strength go
from 13 to 36, so it's hard to measure him.

- A. Trunks . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [ TRUN6.1 ] -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of the lone remaining Z Fighters remaining after the Androids raged
Hell on Earth, he and Gohan are the only ones left to stand up and fight.
As the son of Vegeta and Bulma, Trunks was trained at a early age by
Gohan, the last remaining Z Fighter to survive the Androids. He is still
in training and is still very unprepared to even begin to fight the
Androids, but he is currently trying to go Super Saiyan and please Gohan,
so he can one day fight along side him in Battle and defeat the two
Androids that that terrorize his world. Though, much, much more lies in
store for him, other than just fighting these two, as he will soon see...

Almost a year after surviving the deadly and ultimate Battle between Goku
and Frieza on Planet Namek, Gohan has been living a normal life for once,
except for a minor incident involving Garlic Jr.'s Return, but that was
short lived, though, his Black Water Mist still infects many parts of the
world. Still waiting his father's arrival back home, Gohan isn't fully
attached to leading a normal life, as he still yearns to train once and a
while and have fun. Though, just shortly before Goku's Return, things
start up again, which calls for Gohan to take action, as it seems Frieza
is still alive...and Goku is nowhere to be found. Gearing up for Battle
with everyone else, he heads out to meet Frieza, but that's the least of
his worries, for the events that are about to unfold will never leave him
with a dull moment for a very good while.

After barerly surviving the Battle with Frieza on Planet Namek, Piccolo
continued his training daily, even though Earth was at peace for the time
being, until Garlic Jr. returned. After helping deal with him, though,
Piccolo was yet again called up to help stop Frieza and help protect the
Earth, except little does he know he'll be doing alot more than just
fighting Frieza, as this fighter has alot more in store not only for
himself, but many of the other fighters who will be with him. An amazing
and skilled fighter, Piccolo's probably the only one who can match the
Saiyan's Power and lend a hand that really helps. And not too soon,
because there's beings out there that'll soon make Frieza look like
nothing...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
After his death at the hands of Frieza on Planet Namek, it was thought
that Vegeta was gone for good. Though, this was proved wrong, once he was
brought back by the Dragon Balls, as he counted for not being one of
Frieza's Men. After coming back to Earth, he settled down and uses Capsule
Corporation as a training facility, but for a short time, as he went deep
into Space in one of their Space Ships, so he could think about things and
reach Super Saiyan. Though, once he returns, he'll learn of a greater
threat; something far worse than Frieza and he'll really need more power
if he hopes to even win. He would need to become a Super Saiyan, in order
to increase his chances. Can he do it? Maybe...just maybe...

and he'd return soon, everyone eagerly awaited his return. After almost a
year, it seemed like he'd never come back, until Frieza and King Cold
arrived and a boy named Trunks told everyone he'd be back shortly. After
coming home, he's greeted by Trunks and the bad news that'll take place in
three years. Will he be able to overcome this new threat or will he
finally perish once and for all? We'll have to see...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The 24th Tenkaichi Boudouki Champion and the "hero" of Earth, Mr. Satan
only gained fame by winning the afore mentioned Tenkaichi Boudouki. Since
Goku and everyone were off fighting the Androids, they didn't have time to
enter the Tenkaichi Boudouki, thus allowing for the normal fighters to
fight and win. Mr. Satan was one of them. Unlike Goku and the others, he
fought for glory and stardom and that's why he was thought to be the
strongest man on Earth and he flaunts this at every turn. He's called for
during The Cell Games to fight Cell and even though he fools everyone, he
KNOWS what he's up against and doesn't want to acknowledge it and even
almost gets himself killed in the process. Though, he is actually a strong
fighter, his arrogance and ego are only matched by Vegeta and even though
a bit of a klutz, he does help the Z Fighters on more than once occassion,
as we'll see in the next game...

The story begins 16 years after the events of Goku battling Frieza. We
learn that two Androids with strength beyond comprehension appeared out of
nowhere and killed every Z Fighter, except for Gohan and Trunks. This
brought about Hell on Earth, leaving no refuge from the Androids and
making the world a world of nothing but death and destruction. You learn
that Gohan and Trunks are the last surviving people of the Warrior Race,
the Saiyans and they are the last hope Earth has...

The game opens up to show Gohan and Trunks, both standing on a cliff in
Outside Pepper Town. Trunks questions Gohan and asks why the Androids are
doing this and why everything is happening, as well as that he should feel
the anger he feels, being a Saiyan and all. After Gohan tells him that he
just needs to get himself together and train more, they begin their basic
training. Your first task is to pratice your physical attack by using it
to break a Rock. A simple task. But, before you do, move around a bit and
practice your attacks and getting use to throw Ki Blasts and punches and
kicks. When you feel ready, just head north and destroy the Rock near
Gohan. Punch/Kick it or Ki Blast it, doesn't matter. After it's destroyed,
Gohan gives you your next task, which is to hit the Rock with a Ki Blast
up ahead. Follow him and destroy the next Rock. After you destroy this
rock, Gohan tells you that they are at their strongest when in Super
Saiyan Form and explains to Trunks how to reach it. Trunks tries, but he
falls short of reaching it.
Gohan urges him to continue and is amazed at how hard he's trying, as
Trunks tries again, but fails. He gets angry that he can't figure out how
to do it and after a few words from Gohan, a explosion is heard and felt
nearby. Trunks asks what it is and Gohan tells him it's the Androids and
to stay here, as he'll handle it and flies off. Well, you're not going to
let him go alone, are you? Head north and destroy the Rock if you want and
then talk to Gohan. He tells him he's crazy to go alone and he can help.
Though, Gohan tells him he has to watch him when he fights, leaving
himself more open, since he has to protect Trunks. Trunks tells him he's
stronger and with Gohan's missing arm, he can't fight as well. Gohan
agrees to take him, but it's a trick, as he hits him and knocks him out,
telling him he's sorry and he'll understand some day. He then flies off,
as the screen fades out. It comes back in, with it now raining out and
Trunks wonders why he did this, as you gain control of him. Step up to the
Flight Circle and you'll be given an introduction on it. Now, go ahead and
use it and you'll fly off to Pepper Town.

Once you arrive in Pepper Town, there's nothing to do here, except head
north and enter the Town. Once inside, head west and you'll find Gohan, as
he gets assaulted by Ki Blasts and dies. Trunks rushes to his side, but
finds him dead and becomes upset and asks why he did this and becomes
insanely angry, as he achieves Super Saiyan. The scene then fades out, as
his anger only continues to grow...you'll then be brought back to the time
when everything was about to go horribly wrong...until something about it
was forever changed by one boy...

The scene comes back in to the present day on Earth, almost a year after
Goku fought Frieza on Planet Namek. Gohan's still waiting for his father
to come home and wonders where he is. It cuts to the inside of Goku's
Home, as Gohan asks where Goku is and that he misses him, with Chi Chi
telling him she does too, but he needs to study, so he can be something
someday, maybe even be President, as she gets exicted. Gohan tells her he
wants to be a Martial Artist, but she gets upset. Typical Chi
Chi...anyway, she tells you to go study your Math, but you need your
Mathbook. She gives you your first "Mission", which is to go around and
find the Mathbook. Fun.
Anyway, that's your first Mission. You'll get a introduction on what the
Journal is and then you'll gain control of Gohan, so feel free to explore
Goku's Home and enjoy the atmosphere and graphics. Also, don't try to
leave the house. Chi Chi guards it at every turn, so just find the
Mathbook. For help on that, refer to the Side Quests/Missions section for
assitance. Once you get the Mathbook, head back to Gohan's Room and a
scene will take place, as he does his Math, but falls asleep. He wakes up
and sees the window open and comments on never opening it, but he can get
outside for once. So, head towards the window and you'll climb outside.

- East District 439 -

Items To Get: Power +1 Capsule and Saiyan Battle Armor.
Suggested Level To Train To: 2.
Enemies In The Area: Dream Frieza. (Boss.)
Hmm, somethings a bit off...isn't it? Well, if you saw the Anime, you know
what's going on. Anyway, the doors to the house are locked and you can't
enter the woods to the south. So, for now, head northwest and enter the
next screen to find a Power +1 Capsule. You'll then get a introduction on
Strength/Power/Endurance Capsules, which increase your stats for whatever
value they say, permanently. Now, if you want to take my advice, SAVE
THESE for the end of the game. TRUST ME on this. Though, if you don't
care, go ahead and use it on Gohan now, but I really recommend you save
them. (Also, a slight note. If you use a Capsule to increase you stats,
it's used on the person you're playing as. You can't choose on the Menu.
Be warned.) Anyway, it's your game, either way is fine. When you're ready,
head back to the previous area and head east to find a Capsule Corporation
Save Point. Once you get near it, you'll get a introduction on how to use
them. Afterwards, I suggest you Save the game. Trust me, you'll want to.
If not, fine, but I warned you. Anyway, when you're ready, head east into
the next area.
You'll then get another introduction, this time on how to run. After this
is over, follow the path and yet another introduction happens. It explains
you to about the Doors and Levels and whatnot. Anyway, you can pass
through it, since you are Level 1. Just punch it and continue on. (Can't
Ki Blast it, sorry.) You'll get ANOTHER introduction, telling you that the
Door ahead is for Level 2 and up and Gohan can't pass it. Anyway, just
follow the path now, but before you enter the next area, I hope you have
all your Energy Points and didn't waste any, because you're going to fight
a Boss in a second. Anyway, destroy some Rocks and get Ki Orbs, but
regardless, head into this new area when you're ready. Gohan will see that
Goku's finally home and they greet each other, as Gohan becomes happy.
Gohan asks him what happened on Planet Namek with Frieza, but Goku remains
silent, as Gohan tells him he can tell him, but still silence, as Gohan
becomes worried. The screen fades out and fades back in, as Frieza
appears! Frieza taunts Gohan and then you have to fight him.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Boss: Dream Frieza -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hit Points: 130.
Strength: ???.
Power: ???.
Endurance: ???.
Ok, even though this the first official fight period in this game for you,
it can be hard. You have very little Ki to start with, so save it when you
really need it. The tactic here is to hit him with physical attacks and
NOT let up. If you corner him and he moves behind you, turn around and
start the process again. Just DO NOT stop attacking and you'll be fine.
Try to line your attacks up near his head, like move Gohan above him a
bit. That works best. If you need to heal, there's three Rocks in the
area, so break them and collect what's inside and keep fighting. Once
Frieza goes down, you'll gain a Level and your first taste of victory.
Though, suddenly, you wake up. It was only a dream! (A dream, huh? He
still got stronger somehow and got that one Item...odd.) Frieza wasn't
real, but Gohan wonders if Frieza is really back and mentions he can sense
him and wonders how that's possible...just then, the phone rings.
You regain control of him, so head to the Living Room. He comments on it's
the phone again and he should see who it is. Go ahead and pick it up and
it's Kurirun! They both talk about what they feel and can't believe
Frieza's still alive. Kurirun tells him they're making a plan with
everyone and to meet up, but Gohan tells him he has to get his Saiyan
Battle Armor first and Kurirun tells him that's a good idea. You'll then
get a new Mission in your Journal, so check that out. For information on
what to do, head to the Side Quests/Missions section. Otherwise, do it
yourself and move on.
After your gain the Saiyan Battle Armor, simply exit to the north and
follow the path, until you get a introduction on World Map Signs. When
it's finished explaining, examine the World Map Sign and you'll appear on
the World Map. Now, your destination is the Northern Wastelands, which is
marked by a Gold Star on the World Map. Simply fly there and enter it.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Northern Wastelands -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items To Get: Strength Capsule +1.
Suggested Level To Train To: 7.
Enemies In The Area: LadyBug and Tiger Bandit.
Well, now you're in the Northern Wastelands. Since there's enemies running
around now, I suggest you train Gohan. But, wait on that for a minute.
First, follow the path and kill the three LadyBugs running around to
deactivate the electric fence. Gohan comments on the LadyBugs looking like
they were from The Red Ribbon Army that Goku told him about. After this,
just enter the next area and start your training. Trust me, you'll need to
if you ever want to survive. I suggest you get him to Level 7, since he'll
be much stronger than and none of the enemies around here will give him
much trouble. You can train more, but I don't suggest it, since the
enemies here give very, very little Experience to you now. Anyway,
regardless, when you're ready, follow the path north after the previous
screen with the electric fence. Ignore the ones leading west, as they both
lead to a dead end. One to a broken bridge, the other to a Door only Goku
can enter and you don't have Goku yet.
In the next area, fight your away along and use the Capsule Corporation
Save Point if you need to, then step onto the Flight Circle and you'll fly
off. You'll arrive in a new area, where all of Gohan's Friends are
waiting. Before doing anything, head south and grab the Strength Capsule
+1. Remember to save this for the end of the game, unless you want to use
it now. Either way, after you get this, go ahead and talk to everyone if
you want to, but like ALOT of this game, they just say stuff that was said
STRAIGHT from the dub version. When you get near Kurirun, he talks to you
and tells you about what's happening and everything. After you talk to
everyone, (If you wanted to.) head north and talk to Piccolo. He sees that
everyone is here, as Vegeta tells them where Frieza should be landing
soon. After some talk between Vegeta and Yamcha, Piccolo tells them to get
ready and be prepared, since without Goku, they may not be able to win,
but they'll have to try.
Well, you're more than ready, so just head north and in the next screen,
head up to the end of the edge to the north and the area begins to shake.
Everyone else comes in and becomes alarmed, as the screen shows Frieza and
King Cold landing and talking about how pathetic Earth is. King Cold goes
on about how they should've destroyed Earth from Space, but Frieza wants
Goku to suffer slowly, as he kills all his friends personally, for what he
did to him. King Cold still doesn't understand this and Frieza repeats
himself, as he calls his Soldiers out. He gives them their orders, which
is to kill all of Goku's friends, but suddenly, a strange boy appears out
of nowhere. He tells Frieza he's waited for this moment, as the three of
them talk and the boy gets straight to the point of how he will kill them.
(Pretty much what they say is straight from the dub version. I won't
document EVERY word, because you'll be playing the game and seeing for
yourself, so there's no reason to do so.)
Frieza shrugs this off and laughs, taunting him, but the boy just plays it
cool, with Kurirun commenting on his power being VERY high. Tenshinhan and
Vegeta also comment on this, saying how incredible it is, etc. King Cold
taunts him some more, but the boy gets fed up and decides to get down to
business, telling them he's a Super Saiyan, as Frieza doesn't buy it. Not
wasting any time, the boy goes Super Saiyan, as Frieza gets VERY worried,
with King Cold still being calm. The boy attacks and kills all the
Soldiers with ease, as he slices and kills Frieza with his sword. King
Cold becomes shocked at this, but he continues to be calm and butters the
boy up a bit, telling him his power is great and he should join his side,
so they can rule the Universe. The boy tells him no, as King Cold tells
him he'll have to destroy him, but the boy just Ki Blasts him once and he
falls over dead, due to a HUGE hole in his chest.
The boy untransforms and then the screen fades out, but returns, to show
everyone on the cliff, as the boy flies up to them and tells them he's
going to meet Goku and asks if they'd like to come. Gohan finds it weird
that he knows his dad, but he tells them to just follow him. You'll regain
control, so if you want, talk to everyone to hear what they have to say,
but otherwise, step onto the Flight Circle and you'll fly off with
everyone behind you. You'll arrive in a new area now, so just talk to the
boy who's name is Trunks, which I'm sure everyone knew by now. (Also,
don't bother talking to anyone, since they just repeat themselves here
from the previous area.) Gohan and Trunks talk for a bit, with Gohan
asking questions, but Trunks can't tell him anything, really, as it's a
secret, but he does confirm he was a Super Saiyan just a minute ago.
Vegeta gets upset for obvious reasons, as Trunks tells them Goku should be
arriving, just as he does.
Goku then appears and everyone greets him, as he asks how they knew he was
coming and Bulma tells him that Trunks told them and he seems to be a fan
of his. Goku becomes confused, asking how that was possible, with everyone
else explaining to him how Trunks knew he'd be here at the exact time,
minute, etc. Goku learns how Frieza was killed and that Trunks is a Super
Saiyan, but Trunks drags Goku away to talk to him alone. He tells Goku who
he is and that he came here from 20 years in the future and he tells Goku
who his parents are, since he does have Saiyan Blood in him. Though, he
gets right to the point and warns Goku of two beings that'll arrive on May
12th at 10:00 AM on Amenbo Island. He continues to fill Goku in on the
enemies, as they're Androids made right here on Earth, created by Dr.
Gero. (Also, note that Trunks said Goku _let_ Dr. Gero go away. Not true.
This NEVER happened. Goku NEVER met Dr. Gero. The actual story, regardless
to what the dub said, was Dr. Gero was the last surviving person from The
Red Ribbon Army. That's the true version.)
He tells Goku that he has a big problem on his hands and if he knew where
Dr. Gero was, he wouldn't be here now. Goku is amazed, though, at Trunks's
Power that he killed Frieza in one hit, but it seems the Androids are much
stronger and Trunks can't win alone. Goku also learns that everyone else
was killed, except for Trunks and Goku never made it, due to a Heart
Disease. Even though Goku gets bummed out about it, Trunks gives him some
medicine to take care of his problem that he'll soon have. It's after this
that Goku learns Bulma is Trunks's Mom, with him going nuts over it, but
Trunks tells him NOT to tell Bulma or Vegeta or he may not be born. After
this, they both fly back and Goku informs everyone on the situation at
hand and that they have three years to train. Kurirun gets worried, as
Vegeta asks Goku to tell them how he escaped Planet Namek, but Goku tells
him he will later and that he needs to head home now, as the screen fades
out.

Enemies In The Area: Snake and Wolf.
Well, the screen comes back in, as Goku and Gohan are both back home. Talk
to Goku and he gives you two options. 1. You can go train to the south in
the woods until he's ready or 2. You can go with him to surprise Chi Chi.
I suggest you go with him, since you can train in a second. So, go ahead
and enter your house and make your way to the Living Room. Once there, Chi
Chi goes nuts with joy that Goku's back, as he jokes around with her, but
she gets pissed at usual for being gone so long. Though, she doesn't stay
mad long, but that's short lived, until Goku tells her things won't be
normal for a while and tells her about the Androids. She gets pissed at
him going to train again, but she agrees to it, except Gohan has to stay
home. Goku tries to tell her they need him, but she tells him that he
needs to study and grow up to get an education. Though, Goku asks if she's
implying that studying is more important than saving the Earth, but she
gives in and just lets him take Gohan, on the promise that this is the
last time and after this, Gohan is going to do nothing but study.
After this, you regain control of Gohan, so talk to Goku and he tells you
they need to meet up with Piccolo in West City and he has to get ready, so
while you wait, he suggests you go train in the woods to the south. So, do
so. Don't bother talking to Chi Chi. She just bitches on and on, as usual.
So, go head and exit Goku's Home and head south. Once in the woods, Gohan
comments that there's still Animals around that have been infected with
the Black Water Mist from Garlic Jr. and that the Sacred Water that was
used didn't reach these Animals. Though, he mentions it'll be a good work
out to get rid of them and protect the good Animals at the same time. You
then get a introduction on Garlic Jr.'s Jar in the top right of the screen
and what it is. After it's over, go ahead and explore the small area,
which just loops in a circle. Don't touch the World Map Sign just yet. As
you're exploring, you'll find a Door that's yet again locked. This is for
Vegeta, so you'll have to come back later.
Also, I suggest you train to Level 8. The Wolves around here give 45
Experience, so you'll get to Level 8 pretty fast. Once you're done, train
more if you want, but regardless, head to the World Map Sign and examine
it. Goku will then show up and tell you it's time to go and meet up with
Piccolo in West City. You'll appear on the World Map, as well as having
your Journal updated. For more on that, check the Side Quests/Missions
section.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- West City -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items To Get: Album, Autograph, Cookie, Endurance +3 Capsule, Golden
Capsule x 3, Newspaper, Open Faced Club Sandwhich, Power +1 Capsule, Power
+3 Capsule, Scouter, Scouter Note, Scouter Part, Strength +1 Capsule and
Strength +3 Capsule.
Suggested Level To Train To: 23.
Enemies In The Area: Kurirun, (Boss.) Tenshinhan (Boss.) and Yamucha.
(Boss.)
Once you arrive in West City, Goku comments on a parade going on and tells
you that they were supposed to meet Piccolo at City Hall, but he isn't
here. So, Goku tells Gohan that he'll wait at Capsule Corporation for him
and to tell Piccolo if he sees him, to come by and talk to him. He also
tells Gohan that Bulma wanted to give him something, so to also stop by
later. He also tells you that if you get lost, to use the Red City Map
Boxes to help you find your way. He'll then leave and your Journal will be
updated again, this time with two Missions. Your journal will then be
updated. Also, the camera will pan and show Piccolo behind the Parade, so
you need to complete the next Journal Mission to get to him. For now, head
to the Side Quests/Missions section and continue the game there. Come back
to this area when I tell you to.
After completing those LONG Side Quests/Missions, it's time to continue on
with the main game. First, even though you can access Piccolo now, why not
explore West City? There's not much to see or do, but explore if you wish
to just enjoy the game. Though, there are two areas of interest at this
point. The first one is, from the Newspaper Stand, head south and you'll
find three Capsule Houses. Enter the one farthest to the east and you'll
find a Strength +1 Capsule. Remeber to save these...or not. Your call.
Then, the next thing to do is head to the southwest most part of West
City, to where there's four Capsule Houses. Talk to the red-haired woman
outside, named Carmen and she tells you that she thinks her husband was
kidnapped by Bandits, who lives west of West City.
She tells Gohan that no one has heard from him in months and they're
worried and it's hard to raise children alone. Your Journal will then be
updated, but you can't do this Side Quest/Mission just yet, so forget it.
For now, it's FINALLY time to go and see Piccolo. Now, quickly head back
to the Side Quests/Missions section and head to the Side Quest/Mission,
Get The Mr. Satan Parade Started To Gain Access To Piccolo. Again, welcome
back. Now, have Gohan step on the Capsule Corporation Save Point and
switch him for Piccolo. Once you do, it's time to take care of yet ANOTHER
Side Quest/Mission. Getting tired of these, huh? Well, anyway, head to the
Side Quests/Missions section now and head to the Side Quest/Mission,
Piccolo Must Talk To Goku Or The Mayor About A Problem In West City. (Just
come back here when I tell you to.)
Alright, well, now we can do some stuff that isn't a Side Quest/Mission.
First, since you have Piccolo right now, head to Capsule Corporation and
once inside, head north enter the huge glass doors. In this area, head
north and look for a gold Capsule House. (Also, there's a old man in her
called Gus, who claims to have helped Dr. Briefs out when he was younger.
Not true. This was something Atari added in and it is NOT an official
piece of Dragon Ball, so disregard it completely.) Go inside it once you
find it and you'll find Yamucha, who wants to go at it for a round of
sparring.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Boss: Yamucha -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hit Points: 800.
Strength: 18.
Power: 12.
Endurance: 14.
Wow, get ready for a good match here. You'll have to give it everything
you got to win, since Yamucha is actually pretty powerful compared to
Piccolo right now. The only strategy here is to either barrage him with Ki
Blasts and physical attacks and to break the Pots to heal yourself or you
could be cheap, hide behind a pillar and just punch/kick Yamucha when he
comes near. You'll never get hit and you'll eventually win. Don't worry if
you lose, you don't die. It was just for training and if you lose, you
just appear outside the gold Capsule House. Anyway, once you beat Yamucha,
he gives up and gives you a Power +3 Capsule for your reward.
Now, you can enter this place again after the game makes you leave, but
you'll fight Kurirun next and he's twice as hard as Yamucha, so if you
almost didn't make it last time, I suggest you wait on fighting him.
Regardless, just exit Capsule Corporation and now head to the Side
Quest/Mission, Save The Village From The Triceratops And Report Back To
The Mayor. (Come back here when I tell you to.) Welcome back. After the
screen comes back in, Gohan walks up and Piccolo tells him they should
leave West City and start their training and that Goku's waiting at his
house. Gohan will fly off and your Journal will be updated. For now, head
back to Capsule Corporation and go into that gold Capsule House again and
you'll fight Kurirun, as he tells you to go easy on him. Psh, yeah right.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Boss: Kurirun -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hit Points: 1,800.
Strength: 23.
Power: 24.
Endurance: 17.
Kurirun's a pushover, really. Now that you're Level 23, you'll have no
problems with him, I hope. Same strategy that you used on Yamucha works
for Kurirun; Either Ki Blast him and assault him with physical attacks or
stand behind a pillar and be cheap. Doesn't matter, as long as you win.
After you beat him, he gives up and tells you he needs to train more and
gives you a Strength +3 Capsule. Goody. Now, after you're teleported
outside, head back in and you'll now fight Tenshinhan, as he asks if
you're ready and then attacks you.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Boss: Tenshinhan -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hit Points: 2,110.
Strength: 35.
Power: 29.
Endurance: 27.
Tenshinhan's pretty easy as well and just use the strategy from above for
Kurirun, so I don't have to repeat myself. After you win, he tells you
you're strong, thanks you for a good fight and gives you a Endurance +3
Capsule. Anyway, you're probably in need of some healing right now, so
head back inside the gold Capsule House, but don't worry, Tenshinhan was
the last Boss and there's no one else to fight. Simply break the pots,
take what you need, exit, enter and repeat until you're fully healed. Now,
whenever you're ready, exit Capsule Corporation, head to the World Map
Sign, use it and then fly to the Gold Star on the World Map, which is East
District 439. (Note: Even though this is a Side Quest/Mission, I listed it
in that section, but I'm not going to run you around for something THIS
simple. If you want, you can head there to look, but I'll take you through
it right here.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- East District 439 -

Enemies In The Area: Snake and Wolf.
Once you enter East District 439, head north and the game will control it
from there, as Piccolo flies in and meets with Goku and Gohan. Goku greets
them and asks if they had fun, but Piccolo doesn't care to talk about it.
Goku and Gohan discuss that they have three years to train and need to
make them count, as the screen fades out...

Enemies In The Area: Snake and Wolf.
The screen faded back in, telling you it's three years later and notice
how the forest is now in it's fall stage...what the hell? It's supposidly
May, right? Why is it fall? Ugh, damn Atari...anyway, Gohan and Piccolo
will both gain a Level now and both will learn a new Ki Technique, with
Gohan learning the Masenko-Ha and Piccolo learning the Makankosappo.
Piccolo comments it's time to head to Amenbo Island, as the day has
finally arrived and Goku tells them Kame Sennin wants to teach them new
Techniques, so to stop by, as Gohan tells him he's ready. Goku will fly
off, as will Gohan and your Journal will be updated with two new Side
Quests/Missions. Also, you'll get an introduction on how to switch between
your Ki Techniques, so pay attention. So, once that's done, practice your
new Makankosappo, use the Capsule Corporation Save Point behind Goku's
House to switch with Gohan and try his Masenko-Ha and then switch back to
Piccolo. Well, we have two things to do now, so get ready, cause first,
we're going to go train with Kame Sennin.
Ok, well, first thing's first. Before heading to Amenbo Island to meet the
Androids, head to Kame Sennin's Island so you can train with him. So, head
to the World Map Sign, get onto the World Map and then fly southeast just
a little bit and bam, there's Kame Sennin's Island. (Note: Just like the
last Side Quest/Mission, I won't bother sending you to the Side
Quests/Missions section, since this isn't really worth sending you there
for. Though, this Side Quest/Mission WILL be added to there, if you really
want to go and read it, but it's not really necessary and you'll just end
up back here, anyway.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Kame Sennin's Island -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items To Get: Golden Capsule.
Suggested Level To Train To: 24.
Enemies In The Area: None.
Wow, nice island, isn't it? Well, start heading for the Kame House and
you'll see Maron, acting blonde as ever we see. She thinks Kurirun's
looking for a "Red Ribbon" for her. Well, that's Maron for you. Anyway,
before you go inside the Kame House, head to the Side Quest/Mission, Find
The 25 Golden Capsules For Dr. Briefs. (Come back here when I tell you
to.) Welcome back. Ok, now, if you want to, you can talk to Turtle to the
east, but he doesn't say anything of any value. Now, just head inside.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Kame Sennin's Home -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items To Get: None.
Suggested Level To Train To: 24.
Enemies In The Area: None.
Once inside the Kame House and you'll see Oolong, Chaou Zu and Kame
Sennin. Chaou Zu and Oolong say nothing of importance either, so talk to
them only if you want to. Just talk to Kame Sennin and he tells Piccolo
that even though he's old, he's still a Martial Arts master and he can
teach him some stuff. He bets that Piccolo doesn't know how to do the Spin
Punch Technique and tells you how to do it, which is by holding the A
Button down, letting it charge and then releasing to perform it. Piccolo
will then learn the Spin Punch. (Or WhirlSpin as it's called in the Menu.)
Now, go outside and practice it, then, go to the Capsule Corporation Save
Point to the north and get Gohan and go and talk to Kame Sennin again.
He'll teach Gohan how to do the Super Kick Techique, which you can do this
the exact same way you did it with Piccolo. Then, Gohan will learn the
Super Kick, so head outside and practice it. When you're ready, leave Kame
Sennin's Island and on the World Map, head to the Gold Star, which is
Amenbo Island. (Note: Yet again, I won't bother sending you to the Side
Quests/Missions section again, since these all have to deal with the real
story line, so it'll be counted here instead. If you want, you CAN head to
that section to read on, but you'll just get sent back here in a minute.
Go ahead if you want, but I don't recommend it. Also, you haven't
completed this Side Quest/Mission yet, so keep that in mind, because
you'll finish it in just a little while.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Amenbo Island -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items To Get: Senzu Bean.
Suggested Level To Train To: 24.
Enemies In The Area: None.
Well, once you arrive at Amenbo Island, it seems everyone else is here.
Don't bother talking anyone, really, as they all have nothing really
important to say, so, instead, head west and you'll automatically enter a
conversation with Bulma. Kurirun asks her what's the deal with the kid and
Gohan asks if it's Yamucha's, but it's not and Goku guesses right off the
bat that the father is Vegeta and that the kid's name is Trunks. To say
the least, Bulma's amazed, as is everyone else, but Goku just tells them
he looks like Vegeta and that maybe he was psychic. Kurirun can't believe
Bulma and Vegeta got hitched, as Piccolo asks where Vegeta is. Bulma
doesn't know, since she lost track of him, but knows he is training and
Goku knows he'll show up for sure. Anyway, once you're back in control,
have Gohan talk to Yajirobe, who asks if he's going to help with the
Androids, but, looks like he's not. (Figures. He'd be useless, anyway.)
He tells Gohan he's just hear to give them Senzu Beans, as you get your
second Senzu Bean. Again, save them for when you SERIOUSLY need them.
Yajirobe then tells him once the Androids are here, he's leaving and they
can die if they want to. Typical. Anyway, head south and Tenshinhan will
start having doubts about the Androids appearing, as well as Yamucha
thinking Trunks was bluffing. Though, Bulma tells them it's only 10:17 AM
and to not get cocky yet, with Yamucha telling her that sorry to
disappoint her, but they aren't coming, just as a large vibration is felt.
Goku asks what it was and Piccolo tells them he sees the Androids.
Everyone tries to see where they are, but they disappeared and what's
worse, they can't sense their Power Levels. Gohan thinks because they're
Androids, that's why they can't. Though, Yamucha wonders how they can find
them other wise and Piccolo tells him with their eyes. Goku tells everyone
if they find the Androids, call for help and don't take them on alone. He
then flies off, with the others behind him, as Yajirobe leaves.
Ok, well, a Flight Circle appears now, so go ahead and use it.

- Sasebo -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items To Get: None.
Suggested Level To Train To: 24.
Enemies In The Area: None.
Welcome to Sasebo...well, it's not really a welcome, since you have some
serious work to do. Anyway, this is pretty straight forward. Just follow
the path and ignore the people, since they say NOTHING AT ALL of
importance. As you near the end of the path, you'll hear Yamucha scream
that he found them, so enter the next area. You'll see Yamucha on the
ground, unconscious, with two men behind him. Guess who they are? Yup,
Androids #19 and #20. Gohan calls to Yamucha, as everyone else flies in,
with Goku telling Kurirun that they can still save Yamucha, so to take him
to Bulma and get him a Senzu Bean. Kurirun agrees, takes Yamucha and
leaves. Piccolo makes a comment on the Androids looking funny and Android
#20 is surprised that they know they are Androids, let alone that they'd
be here and asks how they knew. Piccolo tells him to make them and Android
#20 steps forward, agreeing to his offer, but Goku tells everyone there's
people around and should fight elsewhere.
Android #20 agrees with him and tells him he'll take care of it, as he
blows up a Gas Station, killing countless people. Goku gets pissed at what
he did, but Android #20 meerly acts sincere, telling him he only agreed to
his wishes and asks if he didn't like his method of action. Goku tells
them to leave the people out of this, but Android #19 just tells him
there's no one left to leave out. Though, Android #20 tells Goku he can
lead them elsewhere to fight, as Tenshinhan gets shocked that he knew
Goku's name, as Android #20 tells him he knows all their names and tells
them what they are, but Goku tells them they'll talk later and to follow
him, as they all fly off, as the scene fades out...

Items To Get: None.
Suggested Level To Train To: 18.
Enemies In The Area: None.
As the scene comes back in, we learn that elsewhere, somewhere in Space,
you get to see the dub's version of Vegeta's famous speech, right before
he goes Super Saiyan for the first time, after he totally gives up for not
caring anymore about being stronger than Goku, as he is the Saiyan Prince,
with Goku as just some low 3rd Class fighter and even though he gave it
his all in training, it's still not enough. Also, the game tells you that
you're now playing as Vegeta. After Vegeta goes Super Saiyan, he comments
on the new power he now has and you get a quick introduction to how to use
Super Saiyan, its effects, etc. After it's over, Vegeta decides he has to
get back to Earth and you'll now be in control of him. You'll notice he
has no special physical attack, but he does have the Big Bang Attack,
which is a VERY powerful Ki Technique. Now, if you want, practice using
Vegeta and test out Super Saiyan, but whenever you're ready, head into the
Capsule Corporation Space Ship to head back to Earth.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Capsule Corporation -

Items To Get: None.
Suggested Level To Train To: 18.
Enemies In The Area: None.
You'll now arrive back on Earth at Capsule Corporation, as Vegeta comments
that the Androids must be here by now and he doubts Kakarot and the others
are doing a good job of fighting them. Your Journal will be updated, but
wait on that for a minute. For now, head east and keep going east, until
you see a Scientist near the World Map Sign. As you get near him, he tells
you that after the Nameks left for New Namek, seven of them were left
behind and if you find any of them on your journey to tell them to come
here, as they're making a trip to send them home. Your Journal will be
updated again, but you won't have to deal with this Side Quest/Mission for
a while and for now, head out onto the World Map and then head to the Side
Quest/Mission, Train With Kame Sennin. (Come back here when I tell you to.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Southern Continent -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items To Get: Endurance +1 Capsule, Golden Capsule, Power +1 Capsule and
Strength +3 Capsule.
Suggested Level To Train To: 27.
Enemies In The Area: Android #19, (Boss.) LadyBug, Scorpion, Snake, Tiger
Bandit, T-Rex and Warlord's Henchmen.
Welcome back. Now, as the scene begins, we see that Goku is fighting
Android #19, with Tenshinhan overjoyed that Goku is winning and that
Android #19 can't even touch him and he'll win this with ease. Though,
Piccolo tells him maybe, just as Goku starts having problems and starts
getting sick and Android #19 takes this as a opening, with Goku trying to
figure out what's wrong. Gohan comments on this and Goku doesn't want to
give up, but Kurirun thinks he's hurt somehow, as Gohan realizes it's that
virus and Piccolo comments that this is happening too soon, unlike what
Trunks said and history must've been changed. Gohan tells him they need to
get that Antidote, as Goku untransforms from Super Saiyan form and Yamucha
comments on it.
Android #19 takes this chance to attack, as Piccolo tells them to move in
and help Goku, but Android #20 stops them, telling him they go nowhere,
unless they can get past him. Just then, Vegeta flies in and tells them
that only he can kill Kakarot, just like in the dub. He tells Goku that
he's pathetic and going Super Saiyan made his heart virus attack him and
he'll never be a true Warrior. Though, he stops the small talk and tells
them to get Kakarot home and to get him that Antidote and Yamucha
volunteers, since he wouldn't be much help anyways. Then, Android #19
comments that he'll now fight Vegeta and Android #20 allows him, but he
will handle the others, as Android #20 flies off and Vegeta asks if
machines can feel fear. You'll then enter a Boss Battle.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Boss: Android #19 -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hit Points: 2,970.
Strength: 21.
Power: 14.
Endurance: 11.
Well, this Battle can get pretty tough, even if Vegeta is at Level 27 or
so. Anyway, just like in the Manga/Anime, remember, Androids #19 and #20
can absorb Ki, so DO NOT use ANY Ki Techniques on Android #19, because
they'll just heal him. You'll have to resort to physical attacks only.
Anyway, once the Battle begins, run away and transform into Super Saiyan
and then rush back and pummel Android #19. You should deal a little more
than 100 damage per hit, so keep attacking him. If you need to heal,
there's alot of Rocks around the area, so just destroy them and take what
they leave. Just keep attacking him and you'll eventually win. After
Android #19 explodes, leaving nothing left of himself, Vegeta comments
that he never had a chance and if he thought he even did, he was
malfunctioning. He then makes a joke about Android #19 being fresh out of
the factory and already dying and that he should've put him in a junk yard
for a proper burial. Typical Vegeta.
Anyway, he flies over to meet Android #20 and he tells him he's stronger
than he thought, but he can't win. Vegeta asks him what makes him think he
can do better and he tells him that he's a better model and killing Vegeta
will take no effort. Vegeta calls his bluff and tells him to come at him,
as he destroys the ledge he's standing on, creating a new area to go
through, as Android #20 loses his hat and walks away. Everyone else flies
in and he tells them he'll handle this and to not get in the way and to
just go home, as he flies off. Kurirun and Piccolo talk about what a jerk
he is, but he's a genius in combat and his power is amazing right now.
Gohan asks what they should do and Piccolo tells them that Vegeta may not
act like they want their help, but they better go anyway.
He tells them he's probably looking for the Android in the mountains and
to head there now, as everyone flies off and you gain control of Piccolo.
Now, head north and in the next area, you'll see a Capsule Corporation
Save Point. Save if you need to or want to and I suggest you switch to
Gohan for a minute. After you do, head to the Side Quest/Mission, Find The
25 Golden Capsules For Dr. Briefs. (Come back here when I tell you to.)
Now, after you get the Golden Capsule, head back to the Capsule
Corporation Save Point after you beat Android #19 and switch to Piccolo
now. Then, head north and follow the path, until you find a Flight Circl
and use it. You'll then be brought to a small area, where you'll
immediately begin to fight Android #20.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Boss: Android #20 -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hit Points: 2,810.
Strength: 24.
Power: 19.
Endurance: 14.
Well, this Battle isn't too much different than the one with Android #19.
Just like last time, you can't use Ki Techniques, because Android #20 will
just absorb them and heal himself. So, you're limited to your physical
attacks. Also, I suggested Piccolo, mainly because Vegeta was more than
likely weakened from the last fight and you'll do fine with just Piccolo
here. (Besides, Piccolo fought Android #20 in the Manga/Anime, remember?)
Anyway, just assault him and if you need to heal, break the Rocks around
the area and grab whatever they give. Once you weaken Android #20 to a
little less than 1/4 of his Hit Points, he'll stop fighting and slump down
and the screen fades out and then back in, as everyone else flies in.
Vegeta comments on him and Android #20 doesn't understand how they're this
powerful and that he should be able to defeat them.
Though, Vegeta tells him he would've been right, but they were warned of
his arrival three years before and Piccolo tells everyone that Trunks is
here, as Trunks flies in and Vegeta finds it odd this guy has the same
name as his son, then it snaps and he realizes he IS his son, from the
future and that's how he was able to go Super Saiyan, as he understands
everything now. Android #20 comments to himself that he doesn't know who
Trunks is and wonders what went wrong, as he made WAY too many errors.
Then, Trunks doesn't understand what's going on, since the Androids aren't
the ones he knows. Piccolo doesn't understand this and Trunks wonders if
history got changed somehow to alter them and maybe there's more coming.
Just then, Android #20 takes this chance to run and tells them they'll
soon be dead once Androids #17 and #18 are released and flies off.
Piccolo comments on this and then Bulma comments that that Android was Dr.
Gero. Vegeta asks how'd she know something like that and tells him she saw
his picture in a magazine and they look the exact same. So, with this in
mind, Vegeta blasts Trunks for lying to them and having something
completely different happen, since Dr. Gero wasn't killed by his creations
and is now a Android himself. Trunks just mentions time must've changed
and it was a risk he took to come here, as Piccolo asks him what if the
Androids Dr. Gero was going to release were the ones he knows and if they
can absorb energy. Trunks tells him no, because they have an unlimited
supply, but Vegeta calls it impossible and Trunks just asks where Goku is.
Kurirun tells him about the virus and Trunks comments on history changing
again.
Though, Vegeta quickly changes the subject and asks Bulma where Dr. Gero's
lab is and she tells him in the Northern Mountains. Piccolo tells them
they'll go find the lab, as a Flight Circle appears and everyone flies
off. Your Journal will then be updated, so for now, head to the Side
Quest/Mission, Locate Dr. Gero's Lab In The Northern Mountains. (Just come
back here when I tell you to.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
- G. What A Nightmare! Androids #17 And #18 Are Activated! . . [ WNAA7.7 ]-
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items To Get: None.
Suggested Level To Train To: 32.
Enemies In The Area: None.
Welcome back. Now, you'll find a twin blue steel door, which is the
entrance to Dr. Gero's Lab and you'll enter a scene. You see Dr. Gero in
his Lab, commenting that he doesn't want to activate his Androids, but he
no longer has a choice. With that, he walks over and releases Android #17,
who gives him a polite greeting, with Dr. Gero glad he remembers him and
Android #17 continuing to act formal and nice. He then releases Android
#18, who does the same with the greeting and he sees she remembers him,
too. She also comments that he became an Android and he mentions he now
has eternal life like them, but then goes on to explain their mission. He
goes on about how they've disobeyed him in the past and it's probably due
to programming, but he's fixed this. Just then, Android #17 walks up and
takes something from him, with Dr. Gero questioning him and he tells him
this is the control that will deactivate him and he'll hold onto it.
Dr. Gero gets angry and Android #17 tells him he has a new idea and
destroys it. He gets even more angry that he's going against him, but
Android #17's attitude quickly changes and tells him they'll never go to
sleep again. You'll then regain control of Vegeta, so head to the doors
you saw and punch them down. Just then, everyone will fly in, as Vegeta
comments on the appearences of the Androids and thinks this is a joke and
confirms that they're the ones they've been looking for and Trunks just
confirms it. Kurirun gets shocked that they look just like Humans, but
Trunks warns him that they're very deadly and very strong, stronger than
all of them.
Then, the scene switches back into the Lab, as Dr. Gero orders them to
destroy the Z Fighters, but Android #17 tells him to shut up and they'll
fight when they want to. Android #18 comments about the Capsule holding
Android #16 and asks about it, but Dr. Gero tells her to stay away from
it. Then, we see Trunks get shocked, as there's another Android he didn't
know about. Android #17 just tells her to go ahead and wake their friend
up and Android #18 agrees, but Dr. Gero gets pissed and tells her not to
listen to him, because Android #16's Programming is not finished and he's
only a prototype, he may malfunction. Though, Android #17 doesn't care and
chooses to go ahead anyway, but Dr. Gero only gets even worse and tells
her to stop her actions and he gave her life and he can take it away.
But, Android #17 takes this as a threat and decides to send him to his
maker and walks over and kills Dr. Gero. Afterwards, he tells her to
release Android #16, but Trunks gets worried and decides to take action,
because another Android is NOT good and fires of Ki Blasts, destroying the
Lab, but leaving the Androids virtually untouched. Vegeta comments that he
made a mistake, but Trunks is in awe that his strongest attack did
nothing. Though, Vegeta tells him that by doing that, he showed them how
weak he is. Android #17 gets impatient and tells her to release him and
she agrees and does so. Android #16 walks out and Android #17 greets him
and asks how long he's been in there, but he gives no reply. Android #17
asks if he has a voice box, but he gives again no reply.
Android #18 tells him that Dr. Gero said it was dangerous to activate him
and asks why he's say that, but he remains silent. Android #17 comments on
his personality and decides he won't talk, so they should get going and
complete their mission. Android #16 then speaks up and tells them their
mission is to find and kill Goku. Android #17 comments on him speaking
finally and then walks off, with the others falling him. Kurirun sees that
they left and thinks they're safe, but Tenshinhan wonders where they're
going and if they should go after them. Piccolo mentions that they aren't
going to West City, since it's the opposite direction and Kurirun thinks
they're heading for Goku, since Dr. Gero wanted revenge after The Red
Ribbon Army was destroyed, but Tenshinhan wonders if they'll follow his
orders still, but Vegeta doesn't care, because he's going after them and
they left because they were afraid and they should be.
Trunks comments that they aren't strong enough to fight the Androids, but
they should try to stop them, as he and the others fly off. Your Journal
will be updated with a new Side Quest/Mission and you'll regain control,
so take Vegeta and through the broken Lab and exit to the north. (Also,
just follow The Walkthrough now, as you'll easily complete this Side
Quest/Mission of Follow Androids #16, #17 And #18. Don't bother heading to
the Side Quests/Missions section, since you'll just be told to come back
here. That and you've completed this Side Quest/Mission, so good job.)
Now, just follow the path north and you'll find a Flight Circle. Now, if
you want, you can head east before you use this to find a Capsule
Corporation Save Point to save or you can head west, but that only shows
you a White Door, which can't be accessed by anyone at this time. Anyway,
when you're ready, use the Flight Circle and you'll find who you're
looking for...

(Ugh, I can't believe I called Android #18 beautiful. She's FAR from it.
Anyway...) Once you arrive in the area, you'll see a scene, where Android
#17 and #18 are discussing what they're going to do, which Android #17
wants to steal a car and drive to Goku's Home. Android #18 thinks he's
insane and asks why they should waste time and he tells her because he's
never done it and it'll be fun. He asks Android #16 what he thinks, but he
just comments on Goku and they think he has a one track mind. Though,
Android #18 looks and sees it's one of Goku's Friends, Vegeta and she
tells him to destroy them all, so they can see his power. He refuses and
Android #17 asks who does he think he is to refuse, but Android #18 tells
him to nevermind, as she'll handle this and she attacks you.

Hit Points: 2,910.
Strength: 29.
Power: 34.
Endurance: 27.
Well, guess what? You can use Ki Techniques again, since Android #18
doesn't absorb Ki. First, go Super Saiyan to raise your chances and start
assaulting her with your best attacks. Keep it up and once you get her
down to 1/2 of her Hit Points, she gets pissed and attacks and knocks
Vegeta out in one hit, as he ungoes Super Saiyan. She tells him nice try
and she was almost scared for a second and then asks who's next, as
everyone but Kurirun is knocked out. Android #17 sees that he's scared and
mentions this, but tells him to not worry, they aren't after him, but
instead Goku. Then, Android #18 asks Android #16 what he's doing and he
tells them they scared the Birds away. Android #17 asks him about that and
then tells him they'd better move it, since they have to find Goku.
Though, Kurirun tells them to stop and to leave him alone, since he's sick
and he never did anything to them and why do they want to do this, as
Android #17 explains that Android #16 is programmed to do this and that's
what they're going to do. Kurirun tells him Dr. Gero's gone and they don't
have to follow his orders anymore, but Android #17 tells him he knows
that, but it's all a game now and Android #18 wishes him luck and kisses
him. Kurirun becomes shocked to say the least and the Androids all fly
off, leaving Kurirun the only one standing. He wonders what he's doing,
then walks over and sees if everyone's ok, as Vegeta and Trunks get up,
but Vegeta just gets insanely angry, screams and flies off. Trunks asks
him where's he going, but Piccolo tells him to let him go, because since
he's become a Super Saiyan, his ego is been as high as the sky and that
what was hurt most today was his pride (Ha, yeah, I'd be pissed as all
hell too if I lost a fight to a GIRL.) and he's ashamed of his defeat.
Though, Kurirun thinks it's all his fault, since he didn't fight, but
Piccolo tells him if he did, they still wouldn't have won. He then tells
everyone to go to Goku's Home and move him elsewhere, because once he gets
better, he'll join them and Kurirun agrees, but asks Piccolo what he'll do
now. He tells him he doesn't know, but Kurirun knows he has something, but
he gets pissed and tells them to stop asking questions, as it doesn't
concern them and he has to do it alone and anyone who follows him will
die, as he flies off. Tenshinhan wonders what's up and Kurirun tells him
he's probably going to Kami's Lookout and Tenshinhan plays stupid, even
though he's TRAINED WITH KAMI AND KNOWS WHO HE IS, but Kurirun confirms it
and tells them that Piccolo and Kami are the same being, which is
something THEY AND EVERYONE WHO'S SEEN DRAGON BALL KNOWS. Heh. Man, why do
they repeat themselves?
Anyway, they talk about Kami and Piccolo and the whole deal with them and
if they didn't split up, they'd be the strongest being in the Universe and
that's why Piccolo went there, so he'd get the power to defeat the
Androids. He'd become a Super Namek, similar to a Super Saiyan. Though,
Tenshinhan knows the Dragon Balls are a apart of Kami and if they join
together, Kami will disappear and so will the Dragon Balls and Kurirun
confirms it and mentions that if that happened, they couldn't make any
more wishes. He mentions that Piccolo must be desperate if he wants to
unite with Kami. Then, the scene fades out and you'll be in control of
Piccolo. (Also, you've finished your current Side Quest/Mission.)

Now, after the scene comes back in, your Journal will be updated and
you'll be able to control Piccolo now. (Also, don't bother trying to

you can only control Piccolo now. That and don't bother going to the Side
Quests/Missions section for the next Side Quest/Mission, because it'll
tell you to come right back here, since you'll do this Side Quest/Mission
right here.) Also, before you head to Kami's Lookout, I suggest if
Piccolo's near Level 33, to train him in the Northern Mountains until he
is. If not, don't worry about it. Level 32 is still good. Anyway, when
you're ready, fly to the Gold Star on the World Map, which is Kami's
Lookout and land there. Now, before you go and meet Kami, first, there's
another Namekian to find, so head to the Side Quest/Mission, Find The

to cause any trouble. Piccolo remains silent, then you can continue on, so
head to the Throne Room now. Don't bother exploring the rest of the
Lookout, since there's nothing to see or get. Once you get in the Throne
Room, hit the Select Button as FAST as possible, because this is THE only
time to get Kami's Data, which is THE hardest to get in the game. The rest
of the data you can get is virtually easy, compared to this. (Actually, if
you can't get it, you CAN get it later, I found out, by coming here in the
next part, when you go to Gingertown. Just come here and scan him while he
and Piccolo are standing around.) Now, after you do this, Kami sees
Piccolo is back, though, Piccolo tells him he's not here for a social
call, but for business and he knows this. He knows this and tells him how
he knows, as Piccolo mentions that that saves him time explaining, then.
Kami starts to mention that they'll be reunited once again, but Piccolo
tells him to not be so happy, because he doesn't want to do this himself,
it's because he needs their combined powers and mentions how he has no
idea how he'll live with him inside him. His presence sickens him (Well,
that's the Great Demon King Piccolo for you.) and Kami tells him his
attitude angers him, but his role as God might be over and it just may be
them who can only win this. Piccolo sees he's going to go through with it,
but Kami tells him he hasn't agreed to anything yet, for he'd like to see
how things play out for a little bit.
Piccolo thinks he's lost his mind, but Kami tells him that things aren't
as they always seem, as he isn't sure that the Androids are out to destroy
Earth. Though, Piccolo thinks he's lost it, mainly because he's seen
what's happened and he's going to continue to let it happen. He explains
to him what Trunks said about the future being destroyed by them, but Kami
tells him he made a mistake and his future is different than theirs.
Though, Piccolo's still fighting him, asking what's next, the Androids are
great people when you meet them? Kami tells him he's serious and he may
not agree with him, but he needs more time to decide. Piccolo tells him
fine, he knows he's scared and tells him to take his time and he'll be
waiting. The scene then fades out...

can't find the model in any of their catalogs. Trunks asks to see it and
becomes shocked, as it's the same Time Capsule he used to come here from

mother knows best and leaves. Yamucha asks Trunks if he's sure his Time

Back at Kame Sennin's Home, Yamucha tells Kurirun to check out the TV, as
the Newscaster mentions the scene live at Gingertown, as the entire
population has mysteriously disappeared without a trace, all 15,000 of
them, but for some reason, clothes are everywhere. He goes on to mention
that it looks like they were sucked clean out of their clothes and
indications that some people tried to defend themselves from someone or
something. Kurirun comments on how terrible this is and thinks the
Androids are behind it, but Trunks tells him he doubts it and thinks it's
the strange creature they found earlier. The scene then fades out and goes

tell him now, as he won't ask again. Kami mentions that telling him now is
pointless and Piccolo asks why. He goes on to tell him that he'll know
everything, once they become one. Piccolo cheers up and comments that he
wondered how long it'd take him to decide, as Kami tells him that he'll be
more powerful and much smarter now and hopes he uses them wisely. Though,
Mr. Popo tells him not to do it, but Kami tells him there's nothing to
worry about, as Piccolo is different now, since the evil is pretty much
gone and he feels he'll use the power for good once they unite.
He thanks Mr. Popo for all he's done and Mr. Popo tells him goodbye and
he'll miss him and to be careful, as he walks off. Then, Piccolo walks up
to Kami and they fuse, as Piccolo gains a Level, gains the Super Namek
Form and learns the Scatter Shot and makes a remark on who he is now, as
he's The Namek. He then mentions he must go, as you appear on the World

Ok, now, fly to Gingertown and land there. You should be Level 33 or 34
right now. If not, go ahead and train until you are, then, head north from
where you came in and break down Piccolo's Level 25 Door. Now, before we
continue, there's a Golden Capsule to get, so let's go get it. Head to the
Side Quest/Mission, Find The 25 Golden Capsules For Dr. Briefs and come
back here when I tell you to. Welcome back. Now, from where you are after
getting that Golden Capsule, head east and follow the path north, seeing
all the clothes laying around. After a little while, Piccolo will see a
creature, as it hisses at him and tells him that now that all the Humans
here are gone, he'll deal with Piccolo next, as Piccolo becomes shocked at
what he said and the creature asks him what the matter is and tells him he
seems afraid, but he tells him he's far from it and asks how he knew his
name.
The creature tells him he could say that they're brothers and laughs, as
Piccolo asks who he is, but he tells him he won't find out so easily.
Though, Piccolo tells him he'll destroy him, but the creature just acts
normal and tells him he has a great fighting spirit and he'll absorb him,
but Piccolo tells him that he isn't Piccolo anymore, but The Namek. He
then tells him he's history and fires off Ki Blasts, but they don't harm
him and only harm the city. He tells Piccolo he's impressed and he'll be a
great meal for him and he tells him not to count on it, as he attacks you.

- Boss: Cell -
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hit Points: 5,210.
Strength: 32.
Power: 32.
Endurance: 37.
Ok, this can be a pretty tough Battle, but it's not too bad. First off,
watch out for Cell's Tail, because once he hits you with it, he drains
your Hit Points and heals himself. Other than that, Cell uses normal
attacks, so you should be able to win. To start, have Piccolo go Super
Namek to give him a power increase, then barrage him with your attacks.
Use the Makankosappo if you want, but your Energy Points will REALLY
drain, so be careful. Anyway, once Cell loses half his Hit Points, the
Battle will end. After the Battle ends, Piccolo asks Cell who he is and
what kind of person would send him here. Cell seems shocked and tells him
he came here himself and tells Piccolo he knows alot, but he still needs
to learn, as he prepares a Kamehameha, as Piccolo becomes shocked that he
knows Goku's Attack and he fires it, blowing Piccolo's arm clear off.
Cell tells him he has him now and tells him he's finished and he will soon
be apart of him, as he is no longer a match to him without his arm.
Piccolo sees this and chooses to surrender and Cell sees he agrees and
tells him not to feel bad, as he will soon be apart of something beyond
great. Piccolo asks what he means and Cell tells him he will be apart of
his Perfection. Piccolo agrees, but asks him to honor his final request
and asks him to tell him who he is and why he can sense Goku's Ki in him,
as well as Frieza and Vegeta's.
Cell agrees and tells him who he is, as he's an Android built by Dr. Gero
and tells him how Dr. Gero wanted to make the ultimate fighting organism,
by fusing all the greatest fighter's in the world's cells together into
one being. Though, this was too complex to carry out in his lifetime, so
his computers took over and he tells him many great fighters have their
cells in him and as they speak, Dr. Gero has all the cells he needs back
at his Lab for his completion. Piccolo dismisses this, since they
destroyed the Lab, but Cell tells him it's in a bunker below the Lab and
tells him his time is up, but Piccolo asks him to wait and tells asks one
more question, which is why he's here and why he's in this time. Cell
agrees to it and tells him his true form doesn't rely on Human energy, but
the energy of Androids #17 and #18, since they have an unlimited power
source, since the powers of Goku, Vegeta and Frieza are nothing compared
to those and he needs to get this.
Though, unforunately, in his time, the Androids were killed by Trunks, but
he found out about the Time Machine, so he killed Trunks and took it. He
couldn't fit into the Time Machine and had to regress back to the Larva
Stage and in the past, he had to wait until he got back to his fighting
state before he could begin his search. He burrowed underground and has
been waiting there for four years and is now at the state Piccolo sees
before him and once he gets the Androids in him, he'll be the strongest
being ever. Piccolo doesn't understand this and tells him he was already
the strongest being in his time, so why bother, as Cell agrees, but he
needs the Androids to be complete and it's something he was programmed to
do. Though, he blames it on Vegeta and Frieza's Blood, making him want
more power, but he stops talking and asks if he's finished yet. Piccolo
tells him yes and that he's heard more than enough, as he only need a
little time and regrows his arm back.
Cell becomes shocked, as he was tricked and Piccolo tells him he hasn't
even come close to seeing what he's able to do and tells him he'll pay him
back for his arm and perhaps he'll take his, as Trunks and Kurirun enter.
Kurirun comments that they're not too late and Trunks comments on Cell's
Skin, as he must be what came in the Time Machine and Cell sees Trunks's
here and mentions that being killed in his timeline wasn't enough. Trunks
becomes shocked and Kurirun asks what's going on and Piccolo tells him
he'll explain after he kills Cell, but Cell tells him he can't win and to
not flatter himself. Though, Piccolo laughs and tells him he's outnumbered
and outmatched, telling him especially if the Kamehameha is the best he
can do. Cell ignores this and tells them they all must be honored, as they
all soon will be apart of Perfection, but he has other business and
they'll have to wait and he'll absorb them later, as he flies off.
Just then, Vegeta flies in, telling them he sensed a huge Power Level in
this area and sees Piccolo is MUCH stronger than before and tells him he
can't be Piccolo, since the real Piccolo could never have that much power.
Piccolo tells him he's right and that he fused with Kami, but he doesn't
understand it, as Tenshinhan comes in. He tells everyone he got here as
soon as he could and calls to Piccolo, but doesn't know what to call him,
as Piccolo tells him he can call him Piccolo and then mentions they have
two choices; either track and kill Cell or find Androids #17 and #18 and
explains what Cell wants to do. Trunks asks what's going on and what was
that thing, but Piccolo tells him he'll explain it to them and then they
need to get to Dr. Gero's Lab. Kurirun decides to get right on it, as the
scene fades out.
You'll then be in control of Trunks, as your Journal is updated. Now,
again, don't bother going to the Side Quests/Missions section, since
everything will be detailed out here. Now, exit Gingertown and head back
onto the World Map and fly to the Northern Mountains and land there, as

Cell in his Larva Form, as Kurirun is just amazed that this thing has all
the cells of the greatest fighters on Earth, such as Goku's and even his.
Trunks decides to destroy it, before they have another Cell on their hands
and with one Ki Blast, makes Cell no more and then decides that they have
to find the Master Computer now, so, head northeast and enter the door and
when you do, another scene happens, as Trunks finds the Master Computer.
Kurirun comes in again and Trunks confirms that this is the Master
Computer, as Kurirun can't believe this thing made Cell, as Trunks agrees.
Kurirun suggests they destroy it to end everything, so Trunks does so, but
