To unlock him/her, finish the 100cc Special Cup in 1st Place. Vehicles: Bikes: Shooting Star: This is a moderately fast heavy kart. To unlock it, finish the 100cc Star Cup in 1st place. Extras: Use Karts and bikes on 50cc: finish all cups at the 50cc level with a trophy Use Karts and Bikes on 100cc: same as before but on 100cc
